可视化角膜生物力学分析仪评估角膜生物力学特性的研究进展

Advances in corneal biomechanical properties of corneal visualization scheimp fl ug technology assessment

  • 摘要: 可视化角膜生物力学分析仪(corneal visualization scheimpflug technology,Corvis ST)是一种联合Scheimpflug高速摄像和气冲印压技术测量角膜生物力学的新设备。该设备能够实时动态记录角膜受压形变的整个过程,记录形变过程参数分析角膜生物力学特性。本文就Corvis ST测量原理、操作方法、测量参数的可靠性和临床应用情况做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Corneal visualization scheimp fl ug technology (Corvis ST) is a new device that combines Scheimp fl ug high-speed camera with air-jet indentation system to measure the corneal biomechanics. Corvis ST can monitor the whole process of real-time dynamic corneal deformation, and record the deformation parameters to analyze the corneal biomechanical properties. Measurement principle and operation method, the reliability of parameters and clinical applications of Corvis ST are reviewed in this study.
