小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的比较分析

Comparison and analysis of focal cerebral ischemia stroke model in mice

  • 摘要: 小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型是研究缺血性脑血管病的重要工具,可以帮助我们更好地了解局灶性脑缺血的发病机制。本课题组对小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型中最常用的线栓插入法、开颅手术电凝闭塞法、光化学诱导法、栓子栓塞法分别进行综述介绍。

     

    Abstract: Mouse focal cerebral ischem ia model is an important tool to study ischem ic cerebrovascular disease and it can help us understand the pathogenesis of focal cerebral ischemia better. Follow ing is a review of most commonly used focal cerebral ischem ia model: flament occlusion, electrocoagulation occlusion, photochem ical induction method and embolization of the MCA in mice.
