超声造影对胰腺占位病变的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in pancreas lesions

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨超声造影对胰腺占位病变的诊断价值。 方法 选取我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的胰腺占位病变患者46例,分为两组。对照组接受常规超声检查,观察组应用超声造影检查,两组诊断结果分别与增强CT检查结果比较。 结果 对照组与观察组的诊断正确率分别为52.17%和86.96%,增强CT诊断正确率为82.61%,观察组诊断正确率高于对照组P< 0.05),与增强CT比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。 结论 应用超声造影检查胰腺占位性病变可以提供更多准确的血流灌注图像特征,为临床诊断提供重要的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound to the lesions of the pancreas. Methods Forty-six patients with pancreatic lesions admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were divided into two groups. The control group underwent conventional ultrasound, while the observation group received contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), two diagnostic results were compared with the results of enhanced CT. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the control group and the observation group were 52.17% and 86.96%, respectively, and the diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT was 82.61%. Compared with the control group, the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05), while there showed no statistical significance when comparing with enhanced CT (P > 0.05). Conclusion Application of CEUS to pancreatic lesions can provide more accurate perfusion image features and important reference for clinical diagnosis.
