信号素3A在骨自稳态与骨重塑中的作用

Role of semaphorin 3A in bone remodeling and homeostasis

  • 摘要: 信号素3A(semaphorin 3A,Sema3A)属于轴突导向因子超家族的成员。近来研究发现,该蛋白在骨自稳态和骨重塑过程中发挥重要调节作用。本文从Sema3A的生物学特性、细胞调控作用和对骨骼系统的神经分布影响等方面出发,对Sema3A在骨自稳态和骨重塑中的作用进行综述,为临床骨质疏松药物靶点研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Semaphorin 3A belongs to semaphorin super family. Recent studies have demonstrated that semaphorin 3A plays a pivotal role in bone homeostasis and bone remodeling. This review highlights the bioactivity of semaphorin 3A as well as its impacts on bone cells and nerve innervation in bone tissue. The functional role of semaphorin 3A in bone homeostasis and bone remodeling are summarized in this article in order to provide a novel insight in treating osteoporosis.
