失重或模拟失重对骨形成影响的研究进展

Advances in effects of weightlessness or simulated weightlessness on bone formation

  • 摘要: 随着航天事业的飞速发展,航空旅游甚至太空移民将不再是幻想,太空失重环境对人体健康影响的研究也显得越发重要。中长期飞行的失重环境会对机体多个器官系统产生影响,其中以心血管系统和骨骼系统影响最明显。本文根据近年来国内外相关领域的研究,主要就微重力环境对间充质干细胞增殖分化及成骨细胞形成、周期及功能等方面的影响作一简要综述。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of aerospace, travelling or even living in space is no longer a fantasy. Thus, the researches about the influences induced by weightlessness on human body have become more and more important. Weightless environment during long term space flight can make great influences on organs and systems of human, especially on cardiovascular system and skeletal system. This review will illustrate the influences on proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and formation, cell cycle, and function of osteoblast induced by weightlessness based on the national and international researches in related fields in recent years.
