心脏脱细胞基质在心肌组织工程中的应用

Heart decellularized matrix application in cardiac tissue engineering

  • 摘要: 近年来,心脏脱细胞基质材料成为心肌组织工程领域炙手可热的明星,其低致敏性和最接近天然的三维结构显示了其在修复、替代坏死心肌和器官再造方面的广阔应用前景。本篇综述着眼于心脏脱细胞基质在心肌梗死治疗以及全器官再造等方面的研究,从心脏脱细胞基质的制备、检测和应用方面进行了系统回顾,并探讨该材料今后的应用前景与方向。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, heart decellularized matrix has become attractive for its hypoallergenic and native scaffolds with intact 3D anatomical architecture. It shows broad application prospects in the repair or replace of necrotic myocardial and organ engineering. In this review, we focus on the study of heart decellularized matrix in treatment of myocardial infarction and organ engineering,conduct a systematic review from the preparation, testing and application of heart decellularized matrix, and discuss the direction and application way of this material in the future.
