多系统萎缩患者血脂变化与疾病的关系

Association between serum lipids changes and multiple system atrophy

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血脂与典型的突触蛋白病多系统萎缩(multiple system atrophy,MSA)的关系。 方法 选取2012年4月2014年4月就诊于本院的MSA患者113例,选取我院体检的健康人员132例,两组年龄、性别、体质量指数之间差异无统计学意义,观察两组总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoprotei cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)以及载脂蛋白A1(apolipoprotein A-1 ApoA1)和载脂蛋白B(apolipoproteins B,ApoB)等变化,并采用Logistic回归分析MSA患者的危险因素。 结果 MSA组TC(4.31±0.72)mmol/L、TG(1.17±0.47) mmol/L、LDL-C(2.66±0.56) mmol/L、ApoA1(1.17±0.21) g/L、ApoB(0.86±0.16) g/均低于健康对照组TC(4.70±0.99) mmol/L、TG(1.42±0.84) mmol/L、LDL-C(2.94±0.85) mmol/L、ApoA1(1.28±0.27) g/L ApoB(0.92±0.22) g/L,P< 0.05;其中MSA-c型患者TG(1.33±0.63) mmol/L、ApoB(0.89±0.15) g/L与健康对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),且MSA-c型和MSA-p型与健康对照组的HDL-C差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。多因素分析结果显示TC、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB降低为MSA的危险因素(P< 0.05)。 结论 MSA患者TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB均较对照组低,低TC、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB为MSA的危险因素。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the association between multiple system atrophy (MSA) and serum lipids. Methods On hundred and thirteen patients with MSA admitted to Chinese PLA General Hospital from April 2012 to April 2014, and anothe 132 age- and gender-matched healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Patients’ lipid contents, including total cholesterol (TC) triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A-(ApoA1), apolipoproteins B (ApoB), were observed. The risk factors of MSA patients were analyzed using logistic regressio analysis. Results Serum lipids like TC, TG, LDL-C and ApoB were signifcantly lower in MSA patients than in controls (TC: 4.3 mmol/L vs 4.70 mmol/L, P=0.003; TG: 1.17 mmol/L vs 1.42 mmol/L, P=0.006; LDL-C: 2.66 mmol/L vs 2.94 mmol/L, P=0.013 ApoA1: 1.17 mmol/L vs 1.28 mmol/L, P=0.006; ApoB: 0.86 mmol/L vs 0.92 mmol/L, P=0.021). While, the levels of TG an apoB showed no signifcant differences between MSA-c patients and controls (P> 0.05), and HDL-C level showed no signifcan differences between MSA-c, MSA-p and controls. The multivariate analysis showed that decreased level of TC, LDL-C, ApoA1 an ApoB were risk factors of MSA. Conclusion The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoA1 and ApoB is lower in MSA than in controls and the decreased level of TC, LDL-c, ApoA1 and ApoB are the risk factors of MSA.
