缺血预处理、后处理及联合处理对鼠睾丸缺血再灌注损伤的应用研究进展

Advances in ischemic preconditioning, postconditioning and combined treatment in testicular schemia reperfusion injury of rats

  • 摘要: 睾丸扭转是青春期男性常见急症之一,其引起的缺血再灌注损伤不仅影响扭转侧还影响健侧,严重者导致不育。本文就缺血预处理、后处理及联合处理对睾丸缺血再灌注损伤的影响研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Testicular torsion is one of the most common emergencies during puberty, which can induce ischemia reperfusion njury that not only affects the torsion side but also the non-torsion part with the worst results in infertility. Whether preconditioning, postconditioning and combined treatment have an effect on testicular ischemia reperfusion injury or not will be reviewed in this article.
