高频超声在周围神经损伤诊断中的应用进展

Advances in high-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of peripheral nerve injury

  • 摘要: 高频超声具有无创、无辐射、便携、廉价、患者依从性好等优点,能够实时、动态显示周围神经及其周围组织的形态学信息。高频超声具有良好的空间分辨力和对比分辨率,能在损伤早期确定周围神经损伤原因、具体部位及程度,清晰显示损伤神经的内部结构变化。目前,高频超声已成为周围神经病变必不可少的影像学检查方法。本文就高频超声在周围神经损伤检查方面取得的进展扼要综述。

     

    Abstract: High-frequency ultrasonography is noninvasive, nonradiative, po rtable and cost-effective. It provides real-time static and dynamic imaging of peripheral nerves and their adjacent tissues . High-frequency ultrasonography shows highly improved spatial and contrast resolution, thus it can give valuable information abou t the origin, exact location and degree of peripheral nerve les ions and reveal the internal structure change of them. Currently, high-f requency ultrasonography has been an indispensable tool for ass essing peripheral neuropathy. The advances in the diagnostic applicati on of high-frequency ultrasonography in peripheral nerve injuri es are reviewed in this paper.
