小分子化合物诱导干细胞分化为胰岛素分泌细胞研究进展

Advances in differentiation of stem cells into insulin-producing cells using small molecule compounds

  • 摘要: 糖尿病可导致严重的健康问题,且目前缺乏特异的治疗方法。近来,在体外通过小分子化合物成功将各种来源的干细胞诱导分化为胰岛素分泌细胞,且这些细胞能降低糖尿病鼠的血糖。通过小分子化合物进行细胞重编程治疗糖尿病是一种非常有前景的治疗手段。

     

    Abstract: Diabetes mellitus can lead to serious health problems, which lacks of specific treatment at present. Recently, various sources of stem cells have been successfully induced into insulin-producing cells using small molecule compounds in vitro, which reduce the blood sugar of diabetic rats. Using small molecule compounds reprogram cells to treat diabetes mellitus is a very promising therapeutic means.
