超声引导下穿刺活检在乳腺癌定性诊断中的临床应用价值

Clinical value of ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in diagnosis of breast cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨超声引导下穿刺活检(ultrasound guided core needle biopsy,US-CNB)在乳腺癌定性诊断中的临床应用价值。 方法 选取2014年1月- 2015年1月就诊于我院的102例乳腺单发结节患者,均进行了彩超检查及US-CNB,并与结节切除术后的病理结果进行对照。 结果 US-CNB的病理结果报告:71例为乳腺癌,29例为乳腺良性结节,此100例诊断结果与术后病理相符。另2例穿刺活检后诊断为腺病而术后病理证实为原位癌。US-CNB诊断乳腺癌的特异度为100%,灵敏度为98.63%(71/73),准确率为98.04%(100/102)。 结论 US-CNB对乳腺结节的定性诊断是一种安全、可靠且较为准确的早期检查方法,并对临床治疗方案的选择具有重要价值。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, a total of 102 patients with breast masses had undergone ultrasound guided core needle biopsy, their pathological results were retrospectively analyzed and compared with post-operation pathological diagnosis. Results The results of core needle biopsy included breast cancer in 71 patients and benign lesions in 29 patients. Two patients were diagnosed as adenosis by needle biopsy, but they were confirmed to be breast intraductal carcinoma in situ by post-operative pathological examination. The specificity, sensibility and accuracy of the ultrasound guided core needle biopsy was 100%, 98.63%, 98.04%, respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound guided core needle biopsy is a safe, reliable and accurate early diagnostic method for breast masses before operation, which plays an important role in the choices of clinical treatment methods.
