长链非编码RNA参与固有免疫应答调控的研究进展

Advances in long noncoding RNA in regulation of innate immune response

  • 摘要: 长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类转录本长度> 200 nt,不能编码为蛋白质的RNA。它参与X染色体沉默、基因组印记、细胞分化等重要的生物过程,其表达紊乱与多种人类疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近期研究表明,lncRNA在多种免疫细胞的分化和激活中起着重要作用,而且在一些免疫相关疾病中,lncRNA表达水平的变化与疾病发生、发展及预后等有关。本文着重讨论目前对lncRNA的认识以及lncRNA在免疫相关疾病中参与固有免疫的应答调控作用。

     

    Abstract: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is defined as non-protein-coding transcript which is larger than 200 nt. lncRNA participates in regulating various important biological processes, such as X chromosome silencing, imprinting genome, cell development and differentiation and so on, and its expression disorder is associated with the development of a variety of human diseases. Recent evidences have shown that lncRNA plays a key role in the differentiation and activation of immune cells and its changed expression in immune-related diseases is correlated with the development, progression and prognosis of these diseases. This article focuses on related information about lncRNA and its impact on the regulation of immune-related diseases, especially in innate immunity.
