卒中后抑郁脑磁共振的研究进展

Advances in brain MRI of patients with post-stroke depression

  • 摘要: 卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是脑卒中后最常见的并发症之一,其发病机制不明,诊断又缺乏特异性,易漏诊、误诊,严重影响卒中患者的健康及生活质量。磁共振可从生理结构、生物代谢等方面反映大脑结构和功能的变化,对于PSD的发病机制、病理定位、早期发现与诊断、疗效评估具有重大意义。

     

    Abstract: Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of the most common complications after stroke.Since its pathogenesis is unclear and the diagnosis lacks of specificity, patients with PSD are easily missed and misdiagnosed, which seriously affects patients’health and life.With the generation and application of new techniques of magnetic resonance imaging, these technologies can reflect the change of function and structure of brain from physical structure, biological metabolism and other aspects.Magnetic resonance imaging has great significance in detecting the pathogenesis, lesion positioning, early finding and diagnosis, treatment evaluation and other aspects of PSD.
