刀豆蛋白A诱导肝损伤模型中免疫细胞及因子研究进展

Advances in Concanavalin A-induced liver injury on immune cells and cytokines

  • 摘要: 根据自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatis,AIH)和病毒性肝炎(viral hepatitis,VH)的临床病理特点,刀豆蛋白A(Concanavalin A)诱导的肝损伤模型相对于其他肝损伤模型具有操作简单和方便等特点,优于四氯化碳(CCl4)和D-氨基半乳糖苷模型。过去20年,虽然对刀豆蛋白A诱导的肝损伤免疫学机制进行了大量研究,但是仍然存在许多问题,需进一步阐述和深入研究。本文对刀豆蛋白A导致免疫性肝损伤的相关研究做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Based on the pathogenic characteristics of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and virus hepatitis (VH), the Concanavalin A model is safe and convenient to mimics the pathogenesis mechanisms and pathological changes of liver injury better than the CCL4 and D-galN model. Over the last two decades, numerous research groups have successfully shown in vitro and vivo studies on the immune response in Concanavalin A-induced liver injury model. Despite this progress, however, there remains concern over the mechanism of Concanavalin A. In this article, the researches related to Concanavalin A-induced liver injury are reviewed.
