内皮细胞膜微粒与动脉粥样硬化相关性研究进展

Correlation of endothelial microparticles and atherosclerosis

  • 摘要: 动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管疾病的致病基础,内皮细胞膜微粒在动脉粥样硬化过程中起到了重要作用,是血管内皮损伤及内皮功能障碍的重要生物学标记物之一。对内皮细胞膜微粒进行深入研究,发现具有疾病预测价值的内皮细胞膜微粒表型,可对心脑血管疾病的早期预防起到积极的作用。

     

    Abstract: Atherosclerosis is the pathogenic basis of cardio and cerebral vascular diseases, and endothelial microparticles play an important role in the process of atherosclerosis, both of them are the important biological markers of vascular endothelial injury and endothelial dysfunction. Further investigation of endothelial microparticles will be helpful to discover phenotypes of endothelial microparticles which can predict the risk of cardio and cerebral vascular diseases, and this is of positive meaning for the early prevention of cardio and cerebral vascular diseases.
