阿尔维林联合西甲硅油在腹部手术后患者胶囊内镜肠道准备中的应用

Application of alverine combined with simethicone in bowel preparation for capsule endoscopy in patients with previous abdominal surgery

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨阿尔维林联合西甲硅油在腹部手术后患者胶囊内镜肠道准备中的临床应用价值。 方法 2013年1月-2015年6月于本院消化内科住院的需行胶囊内镜检查的69例患者随机分成对照组(单纯口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散)和研究组(聚乙二醇肠道准备方案基础上加服枸橼酸阿尔维林及西甲硅油),比较两组图像质量、耐受性及胶囊通过消化道时间。 结果 研究组不良反应积分(1.83±0.46)显著低于对照组(8.26±1.12)(P< 0.01);研究组图像质量优于对照组,其中气泡量(0.29±0.06 vs 2.79±0.09)与观察效果(0.35±0.06 vs 2.82±0.05)差异有统计学意义(P< 0.01);两组胶囊胃通过时间(30±12) min vs (28±7) min及小肠通过时间(308±35) min vs (312±13) min无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。 结论 在腹部手术后患者胶囊内镜肠道准备中聚乙二醇基础上加用阿尔维林及西甲硅油,既提高了小肠图像质量,又改善了大量饮水带来的耐受性差的问题,具有较好的临床应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of alverine combined with simethicone in the bowel preparation for capsule endoscopy in patients with previous abdominal surgery. Methods Sixty-nine patients who would undergo capsule endoscopy in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group were given polyethylene glycol electrolyte (PEG), and those in experimental group, alverine and simethicone in addition to PEG were administered. The image quality, tolerance and transit time in gastrointestinal tract were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The adverse effects score in experimental group was significantly lower than control group (1.83±0.46) vs (8.26±1.12), P< 0.01. The image quality in experimental group was superior to control group, and the bubbles volume and quality of visualization in experimental group was significantly lower than control group (0.29±0.06) vs (2.79±0.09), (0.35±0.06) vs (2.82±0.05), P< 0.01. There was no difference in the transit time in gastric and gastrointestinal tract between two groups (30±12) min vs (28±7) min, (308±35) min vs (312±13) min, P> 0.05. Conclusion Regimen of alverine combined with simethicone can be used in the bowel preparation in patients with previous abdominal surgery before capsule endoscopy with improved image quality and better tolerance.
