代谢组学在冠心病病理中的研究进展

Advances in application of metabonomics in pathology of coronary heart disease

  • 摘要: 代谢组学是一类通过对生物体体液及其组织中所有小分子代谢产物进行高通量检测,分析其与机体生理病理改变关系的科学。近年来,代谢组学在冠心病上的研究成果得到广泛应用。本文就代谢组学在冠心病病理生理基础、诊断等方面的研究进展做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Metabonomics is a systematic science that detects small molecule metabolites in body fluid and tissue by high-throughput method and analyzes the correlation between changes of metabolites and physiological or pathological alteration, which has been widely used in coronary heart disease. Recent progresses and applications of metabonomics in pathophysiology and diagnosis of coronary heart disease will be reviewed in this article.
