子宫腺肌病热消融治疗研究进展

Advances in thermal ablation for treatment of uterine adenomyosis

  • 摘要: 子宫腺肌病是育龄期妇女常见的良性疾病,其根治性治疗方法是经腹或经腹腔镜子宫切除术。近年来,子宫腺肌病在未生育女性中发病率有升高趋势,越来越多的年轻患者因为生活质量、生育要求等因素,希望保留子宫的完整性和生育能力。因此,各种保留子宫基础上的微创治疗技术发展迅速,尤其是以高强度聚焦超声为代表的热消融治疗越来越多应用于临床。本文对子宫腺肌病热消融治疗研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Adenomyosis is a common benign disease affected women of reproductive age. Hysterectomy by laparotomy or laparoscopy is the radical treatment for adenomyosis in women without fertility requirements.In recent years, the reported incidence of adenomyosis is increasing in nulliparous women. More and more young patients want to preserve the integrity and fertility of the uterus because of many factors, such as quality of life and fertility requirement. Therefore, uterus-sparing minimally invasive treatment for adenomyosis developed rapidly, especially in thermal ablation represented by high intensity focused ultrasound therapy. This article reviews the recent development of thermal ablation for treatment of uterine adenomyosis.
