乳腺癌术后全乳腺或胸壁外照射大分割放射治疗的临床研究进展

Advances in hypofractionated whole breast or chest wall radiation therapy via external beam irradiation for postoperative breast cancer patients

摘要: 乳腺癌是最常见的女性恶性肿瘤之一，在我国其发病率和死亡率逐年上升，手术联合放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗是主要治疗手段。随着放疗技术的飞速发展，大分割放疗越来越多地应用于临床。本文就乳腺癌术后全乳腺或胸壁外照射大分割放疗的应用进展做一综述。

Abstract: Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women with increasing incidence and mortality in China.Multidisciplinary treatment combining surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, is the main therapeutic modality for patients with breast cancer.With the rapid development of radiotherapy technology and special biological characteristics of breast cancer, hypofractionated radiation therapy is increasingly applied in clinical practice.In this article, we review the advances in this field.
