无创正压通气对重症支气管哮喘的疗效分析

Efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in treatment of severe bronchial asthma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨无创正压通气对重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效。 方法 以我院2011年3月- 2013年8月呼吸科收治的60例重症支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上行无创正压通气治疗。比较两组的血气指标和临床疗效。 结果 两组患者年龄、性别、病程、肺功能等差异无统计学意义。两组治疗前后动脉血气指标(pH、PO2、PCO2、SO2)差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.7%,对照组为86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。 结论 采用无创正压通气治疗重症支气管哮喘可有效改善血气指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty patients who were diagnosed as severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital were selected as the research sample, and they were randomly divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Patients in control group were administrated with conventional treatment, while patients in study group received noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment and conventional treatment. Blood gas analysis was performed before and after treatment for all the patients. Results There was significant difference in blood gas analysis (pH, PO2, PCO2, SO2) before and after treatment in both two groups (P< 0.05). The total effective rate was 96.7% in study group and 86.7% in control group with statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is a safe and effective treatment which can improve blood gas indexes in patients with severe bronchial asthma.
