射频消融技术在甲状腺结节治疗中的应用

Application of radiofrequency ablation technology in treatment of thyroid nodules

  • 摘要: 甲状腺结节是甲状腺疾病中很常见的临床症状和体征。射频消融是一种安全、微创、有效的治疗肿瘤的新方法。该技术已经被用于治疗肝、骨骼、肾及甲状腺等部位的实体肿瘤疾病中,尤其在甲状腺结节的治疗中令人关注。本文综述了射频消融技术治疗甲状腺结节的原理、方法及应用现状,并对其治疗效果进行评价。

     

    Abstract: Thyroid nodule is a very common clinical signs of thyroid disease. Radiofrequency ablation is an effective, minimally invasive, safe and new method for tumor treatment. The technology has been used in the treatment of liver, bone, kidney and thyroid tumor, etc, and it attracts much more interests in the treatment of thyroid nodule. This article reviews the mechanism o radiofrequency ablation on thyroid nodules, its current clinical application and efficacy.
