肠道微生态及微生态制剂对腹泻治疗作用的研究进展

Advances in intestinal microecology and its therapeutic effect on diarrhea

  • 摘要: 肠道微生态是一个复杂的微生物系统。腹泻是最常见的消化系统临床症状,可能由病毒、细菌、寄生虫等微生物及其产物引起,也可能与肠道功能紊乱、菌群失调、免疫失衡、血管炎性病变相关。近十几年来微生态制剂在腹泻的治疗中承担了重要角色,并取得了重要的研究进展。本文就肠道微生态及微生态制剂在腹泻中的治疗作用做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Intestinal microecology is a complex microbial system. Diarrhea is the most common clinical symptoms in digestive disease, which is caused by viruses, bacteria, parasites or other microorganisms and their products. Diarrhea may be associated with intestinal dysfunction, intestinal flora imbalance, immune imbalance and vasculitis. In recent years, microecological agents play important roles in the treatment of diarrhea and they have made many progresses. In this review, we discuss the relationships between intestinal microecology, probiotics and treatment of diarrhea.
