长链非编码RNA检测在肿瘤诊断及预后评估中的应用综述

Application of long non-coding RNAs in diagnosis and predicting prognosis of cancer

  • 摘要: 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是长度> 200 nt的RNA转录本,少有或没有蛋白编码能力。近年来研究发现其异常表达与肿瘤及其他多种疾病密切相关。本文就肿瘤组织、体液及外泌体中LncRNA作为肿瘤早期诊断及预后判断指标时的敏感性、特异性和有效性进行综述,探讨其临床应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) are a diverse class of RNA with transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides and limited protein coding potential. Emerging evidences show that dysregulated expression of LncRNA plays an important role in many complex human diseases, including cancer. In this review, we summarize the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and validity of LncRNA as diagnostic or prognostic marker in various biological samples including tumor tissue, whole body fluids and exosomes to evaluate its clinical value.
