航天飞行环境对固有免疫细胞功能影响的研究进展

Effects of spaceflight environments on innate immune cells

  • 摘要: 固有免疫是机体免疫防御的第一道防线,航天飞行环境对固有免疫细胞的吞噬、氧爆发、分泌细胞因子等功能均有显著影响,这将威胁航天员的健康与安全。本文概述了航天飞行环境对单核/巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞等固有免疫细胞影响的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Innate immunity is the first line of immune defense. Space environments play important roles in phagocytosis, oxidative burst capacity and cytokine production of innate immune cells, which will threaten astronauts’ health and safety. Recent advances in the investigations of the effects of spaceflight environments on innate immune cells, including monocytes/macrophages, neutrophils, nature killer cells and dendritic cells, are summarized in this paper.
