月经周期对歼击机女飞行员视觉对比敏感度的影响

Effects of menstrual cycle on visual contrast sensitivity function of female fighter pilots

  • 摘要: 目的 研究歼击机女飞行员月经周期不同时相(行经时相、卵泡时相、黄体时相)视觉对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)变化情况。 方法 应用CSV-1000仪对10例歼击机女飞行员月经周期3个时相(行经时相、卵泡时相、黄体时相)和10例歼击机男飞行员分别进行明视、暗视、暗视+眩光3种状态下4个空间频率(3 cpd、6 cpd、12 cpd、18 cpd)的对比敏感度检查,记录女飞行员月经周期第2天(行经时相)、第10天(卵泡时相)、第22天(黄体时相)及男飞行员的对比敏感度值。比较不同时相及性别间的对比敏感度差异。 结果 明视、暗视、暗视+眩光3种状态下不同空间频率女飞行员3个月经时相中的对比敏感度值,两两比较均无统计学差异(P> 0.05);女飞行员行经时相中,明视下3 cpd (P=0.004)、暗视下3 cpd (P=0.030)、暗视+眩光下18 cpd (P=0.001),女飞行员CS均优于男飞行员;女飞行员卵泡时相中,明视下3 cpd (P=0.037)、暗视下12 cpd (P=0.012)、暗视+眩光下6 cpd (P=0.015)、12 cpd (P=0.008)、18 cpd (P=0.025),女飞行员CS均优于男飞行员;女飞行员黄体时相中,明视下3 cpd (P=0.001)、暗视下12 cpd (P=0.016)、暗视+眩光下18 cpd (P=0.033),女飞行员CS均优于男飞行员。 结论 月经周期对歼击机女飞行员的视觉对比敏感度无影响,女飞行员各时相中均有部分空间频率的视觉对比敏感度优于男飞行员。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the variations of visual contrast sensitivity (CS) function of female fighter pilots in different phases of menstrual cycle (menstrual phase, ovulation phase and luteal phase). Methods The contrast sensitivity of 10 male fighter pilots and 10 female fighter pilots in different menstrual cycle (menstrual phase, ovulation phase and luteal phase) under photopic, scotopic and scotopic+glare conditions at four different spatial frequencies (3, 6, 12 and 18 circle per degree) were measured with CSV-1000 and compared. Data of female were collected at three time points:the second day of the cycle (menstrual phase), the tenth day (vulation phase) and the twenty-second day (luteal phase). The differences between different cycles and gender were compared. Results No significant difference was found in CS between different phases of menstrual cycle in female pilots (P> 0.05). In menstrual phase:CS of female was better than that of male at 3 cpd (P=0.004) under photopic condition, 3 cpd (P=0.030) under scotopic condition and 18 cpd (P=0.001) under scotopic+glare condition. In ovulation phase:CS of female was better than that of male at 3 cpd (P=0.037) under photopic condition, 12 cpd (P=0.012) under scotopic condition and 6 cpd (P=0.015), 12 cpd (P=0.008), 18cpd (P=0.025) under scotopic+glare condition. In luteal phase:CS of female was better than that of male at 3 cpd (P=0.001) under photopic condition, 12 cpd (P=0.016) under scotopic condition and 18 cpd (P=0.033) under scotopic+glare condition. Conclusion Menstrual cycle has no effect on the CS of female pilots. Female fighter pilots are better than male fighter pilots in CS on certain frequencies in different menstrual cycle under the three environments mentioned above.
