骨改建中潜在的作用靶点-信号素Sema3A的研究进展

Advances in semaphorin 3A: A potential target for bone remodeling

  • 摘要: 研究证明Sema3A具有促进成骨细胞生成及抑制破骨细胞的生成功能,骨折愈合与神经纤维长入骨痂密切相关,神经生长导向因子Sema3A可通过调控感觉神经纤维长入调节骨量代谢。这些研究结果为阐述Sema3A在骨生物学行为中的作用提供了充分的证据和新的角度,提示Sema3A可作为诊断和治疗骨骼疾病的新靶点。

     

    Abstract: Recent studies have demonstrated that Sema3A can promote the formation of osteoblasts and inhibit the osteoclasts at the same time. Moreover, the innervation of nerve fiber in callus plays a pivotal role in fracture healing, and semaphorin 3A, an axon guidance molecule, may regulate bone metabolism by affecting sensory nerve innervation. Recent researches provide sufficient evidence and new perspectives on the biological behavior of Sema3A in bone, which can be used as a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of bone diseases.
