空军飞行学员选拔暗环境下对比度视力分布

Contrast visual acuity of aviation candidates under dark background in pilot recruitment

  • 摘要: 目的 分析空军招飞体检学员暗环境下不同对比度的视力情况,为晶状体浑浊学员视功能评估提供数据参考。 方法 应用多功能电子视力测量仪(MFVA-100)检查116例(232眼)2016年空军招飞体检学员在暗环境中不同对比度(100%、25%、10%、5%)左、右眼的最小分辨角对数(logMAR)视力,并分析不同对比度视力分布及递减差值。 结果 在对比度100%、25%、10%、5%下右眼logMAR视力分别为-0.118(0.127)、0.098(0.190)、0.360(0.204)、0.680(0.228);左眼分别为-0.098(0.109)、0.087(0.160)、0.333(0.148)、0.645(0.238);随对比度下降,视力明显下降(P< 0.01),左、右眼在相同对比度下的视力差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。各对比度间logMAR视力递减差值,右眼:对比度5%~10%为0.333(0.190),10%~100%为0.453(0.135),25%~100%为0.212(0.096);左眼:5%~10%为0.360(0.124),10%~100%为0.427(0.132),25%~100%为0.213(0.100);左、右眼相同对比度区间差值差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。 结论 在空军飞行学员医学选拔中,对比度视力检查对晶状体浑浊学员的视功能评估有一定的科学性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the variation of visual acuity (VA) at different contrast levels under dark background in selecting aviation cadets, and to provide reference data for visual function evaluation of cadets with lens opacity. Methods One hundred and sixteen aviation candidates (232 eyes) with normal VA were enrolled. LogMAR VA was measured at 4 contrast levels (100%, 25%, 10%, 5%) under dark background with multi-functional visual acuity tester (MFVA-100). The logMAR VA at different contrast levels and the difference between the logMAR VA under dark background was analyzed. Results With contrasts of 100%, 25%, 10%, and 5%, logMAR, VAs were -0.118(0.127), 0.098(0.190), 0.360(0.204), 0.680(0.228) in right eye, respectively, and, respectively in left eye were -0.098(0.109), 0.087(0.160), 0.333(0.148), 0.645(0.238). VA decreased gradually with the decrease in the contrast level (P< 0.01) and had no statistically significant difference between right and left eye at the same contrast level (P> 0.05). The difference of the logMAR VA in right eye between contrast 5% and 10% was 0.333(0.190), and it was 0.453(0.135) between contrast 10% and 100% and 0.212(0.096) between contrast 25% and 100%, and, in left eye was 0.360(0.124) between contrast 5% and 10%, 0.427(0.132) between contrast 10% and 100% and 0.213(0.100) between contrast 25% and 100%, the difference of the logMAR VA among different contrast had no statistically significant difference between right and left eye (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the medical selection of aviation cadets, contrast visual acuity was scientific and reliable for visual function evaluation in cadets with lens opacity.
