改善骨髓间充质干细胞迁移归巢方法的研究进展

Advances in methods of improving migration and homing of mesenchymal stromal cells

  • 摘要: 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)是一类具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的组织干细胞,已有研究证实BMSCs移植可治疗多种疾病,并取得理想结果。然而,当前研究表明移植后的BMSCs仅有少量能到达并停留在靶组织, 限制了BMSCs的治疗效果。本文主要对当前研究中提高BMSCs的迁移及归巢效应的策略进行综述,旨在为BMSCs的临床应用提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) represent a type of progenitor cells which is characterized by self-renewal and differentiation potential. At the moment, many trials applying BMSCs for treatment of multiple diseases have achieved ideal therapeutic effect. However, current research shows that this process does not appear to be highly effcacious because only a few cells reach the target tissue after systemic administration. Herein, we review the current understanding of BMSCs' homing and migration, with a particular focus on the strategies that have been developed to ameliorate this process and provide some theoretical basis for clinical applications.
