第四代陶瓷界面人工髋关节置换术后摩擦音的临床研究进展

Research advances of squeaking in fourth generation ceramic-on-ceramic total hip arthroplasties

  • 摘要: 第四代陶瓷承重界面人工髋关节在我国已经投入使用7年,短期观察其临床效果优良。但其仍存在术后关节摩擦音等异响问题。本文对第四代陶瓷界面人工髋关节置换术后摩擦音的相关临床报道进行综述,以期为广大骨科医生选择关节承重界面提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The fourth-generation (Delta) ceramic-on-ceramic total hip arthroplasty has been approved in china since 2009. Despite its excellent clinical outcomes in short -term follow-ups, squeaking and ceramic fracture still disturbs both patients and surgeons. This review aims to explore the actual incidences of squeaking after delta ceramic-on-ceramic total hip arthroplasites. We also try to fnd the clinical risk factors for squeaking so as to provide evidence for arthroplasty surgeons when selecting fourth generation ceramic bearing.
