巨噬细胞调节骨骼系统功能的研究进展

Research progress on the function of macrophages in regulation of skeletal system

  • 摘要: 巨噬细胞是机体重要的免疫细胞,几乎存在于机体所有组织中,在骨组织生长、稳态维持及修复过程中发挥着重要的作用。骨巨噬细胞是最近定义分类的一种不同于破骨细胞的骨组织驻留型巨噬细胞亚群,可以调节骨形成及骨吸收。本文概述了巨噬细胞,尤其是骨巨噬细胞调节骨骼系统功能的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Macrophages are important immune cells, which are present in nearly all tissues, and play important roles in the growth, maintenance and repair of bone tissue. Osteal macrophages is a subgroup, and it has been recently classifed as resident macrophages of bone, which can regulate bone formation and resorption. This review will summarize the research progress on the modulate activity of macrophages, especially the osteal macrophages on skeletal system.
