食欲素与神经系统疾病研究进展

Research advances in orexin and nervous system diseases

  • 摘要: 食欲素及其受体分布广泛,功能多样,食欲素系统功能损害可导致某些神经系统疾病的发生、发展,而神经系统疾病也可反过来作用于该系统,影响其功能,二者联系密切。本文综述了目前国内外关于食欲素系统与睡眠障碍、脑血管疾病、癫痫、丛集性头痛及一些其他中枢神经系统疾病的研究进展,揭示食欲素与这些疾病的病理生理过程的相关性。

     

    Abstract: Orexin and its receptors are widely expressed in the nervous system with various functions, whose damage can lead to some nervous system diseases, while nervous system diseases can also infuence the orexin system in turn and affect its function. This paper reviews the results of the present studies on the relationship of orexin system and sleep disorders, cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, cluster headache and other diseases of the central nervous system, in order to reveal the relevance between orexin system and the pathophysiological process of these diseases, and to lay the theoretical basis for neuroendocrinology diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
