前列腺跨膜雄激素诱导蛋白1基因在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制的研究进展

Role of prostate transmembrane protein in malignant tumors

  • 摘要: 前列腺跨膜雄激素诱导蛋白1(prostate transmembrane protein,androgen induced 1,PMEPA1)是近年来发现的肿瘤相关蛋白编码基因,该基因能被雄激素和转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor β,TGF-β)直接诱导表达,进一步研究显示,PMEPA1在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、肺癌等多种类型肿瘤组织中异常表达。目前已证实PMEPA1能通过参与调控多条信号通路,对恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移等多种生物学行为产生重要影响,并且对恶性肿瘤患者的预后起到一定的预测作用。本文就PMEPA1在恶性肿瘤中的基因表达、生物学功能以及相关调控机制的研究进展作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Prostate transmembrane protein (PMEPA1) is a tumor-associated protein-encoding gene found in recent years, which can be directly induced by androgen and TGF-β(Transforming growth factor β). Further studies shows that PMEPA1 is abnormally expressed in prostate cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer and other types of tumor. PMEPA1 has been confirmed to be involved in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways and has an important impact on the proliferation, invasion, metastasis and other biological behavior of malignant tumor cells. PMEPA1 can also be a prognostic factor for patients with malignant tumors. In this paper, the research progresses about the structure, gene expression, biological function and related regulatory mechanisms of PMEPA1 will be reviewed.
