自由基清除剂保存离断肢体减轻缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展

Research progress of free radical scavenger to lessen ischemia-reperfusion injury in the preservation of amputated limb

  • 摘要: 自由基清除剂包括L-精氨酸、阿魏酸(钠)、酶性自由基清除剂、低分子自由基清除剂、褪黑素、中药及其提取物、依达拉奉等,不同的灌注液能在不同程度上对离断肢体的缺血再灌注损伤起到保护作用。但是否有更佳的灌注液联用方案,与持续性封闭负压吸引等物理保存法联合是否能达到更好的保存效果,这些问题尚需进一步探讨。

     

    Abstract: The free radical scavenger perfusion fluids includ L-arginine, ferulic acid (sodium), enzyme free radical scavenger, low molecular free radical scavenger, melatonin, traditional Chinese medicine with its extract, and edaravone etc. Different perfusion fluids will protect the ischemia-reperfusion injury of amputated limb in different degrees. Besides, whether better perfusion combination scheme, or the joint application of physical preservation of continuous close negative pressure suction will be benificial or not need to be further explored.
