体外诱导牙周间充质干细胞炎症反应方法的研究进展

Inflammation induction methods for periodontal mesenchymal stem cells in vitro and its progress

  • 摘要: 牙周及种植体周围局部炎症反应可导致牙槽骨的吸收,导致自然牙或种植体的松动脱落,从而导致牙列缺损及修复失败。因此体外诱导牙周间充质干细胞炎症反应是研究牙周炎症发生、发展、转归以及炎症环境对人体牙周膜细胞功能影响的基础。本文拟对体外诱导牙周间充质干细胞炎症反应的方法做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Local inflammation of periodontitis and peri-implantitis will cause the alveolar bone absorption, the loose of teeth or implant, the dentition defect and repair failure. Thus, the patient's masticatory function decreased or even lost. Therefore, in vitro inducing mesenchymal stem cell inflammatory response is the foundation to study the occurrence, development, prognosis of periodontal inflammation, and the influence of inflammatory environment on human periodontal ligament cell function. This article will review the induction methods of periodontal mesenchymal stem cell inflammatory response.
