间充质干细胞治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

Progress on the application of mesenchymal stem cells in treatment to Alzheimer's disease

  • 摘要: 阿尔茨海默病是以进行性认知功能障碍为主要临床表现的神经退行性疾病,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。间充质干细胞在促进神经再生、调控免疫反应等方面具有独特的功能,使其在阿尔茨海默病的治疗研究中成为热点。不同类型的间充质干细胞在阿尔茨海默病的治疗中作用不同。本文主要就间充质干细胞对阿尔茨海默病治疗研究的现状做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive cognitive impairment. Functional recovery of the injured nerve is an important intervention strategy, but there is still no effective treatment. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) play a unique role in promoting nerve regeneration and regulating immune response, and is promising in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Mesenchymal stem cells can be derived from different sources including bone marrow, umbilical cord, fat, amniotic membrane and so on. Different types of mesenchymal stem cells play different roles in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Thus, the application of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease is reviewed here.
