抗菌肽在牙周病领域的研究进展

Research progress of antimicrobial peptides in treatment of periodontal diseases

  • 摘要: 抗菌肽是一类由氨基酸构成的具有生物学活性的小分子阳离子短肽,因其广谱抗菌性及中和内毒素的作用在口腔牙周领域被广泛应用。本文将从抗菌肽的种类、杀菌机制、在口腔牙周病领域的研究进展及抗菌肽未来的展望进行论述。

     

    Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides are a series of small molecular cationic peptides composed of amino acids, which have been widely used in periodontology field due to its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and neutralizing endotoxin effect. In this article, we will view the classification and bactericidal mechanism of antimicrobial peptides, their application in periodontology diseases, and prospect of antimicrobial peptidesin in both foundamental research and clinical field.
