纳米载体包裹的蒽环类药物在儿童血液肿瘤疾病中的应用综述

Application of Nano-carrier loaded anthracyclines in pediatric patients with hematological malignancies

  • 摘要: 被纳米载体包裹的蒽环类抗肿瘤药物在小儿血液系统肿瘤疾病化疗中有广泛应用前景,目前主要应用的是载体包裹的柔红霉素、阿霉素和米托蒽醌,本文回顾其作用特性及其在治疗中的作用。

     

    Abstract: Nano-carrier loaded anthracyclines based chemotherapies, such as daunorubicin, doxorubicin and mitoxantrone are widely used in the treatment of pediatric hematological malignancies.This review focuses on the characteristics of carrier loaded anthracyclines and their clinical application.
