楔状缺损三种充填修复方法疗效评价

Evaluation of three repair methods for wedge shaped defects

  • 摘要: 目的 比较玻璃离子水门汀材料、光固化复合树脂材料和两种材料相结合的夹层技术修复楔状缺损的临床效果。 方法 收集2014年5月- 2015年5月在中国石油天然气集团公司机关服务中心门诊部接受全口超声龈上洁治和喷砂1周后的80例患者的310颗楔状缺损牙齿,仅出现牙本质过敏、无牙髓炎症状案例,将患者随机分为3组,A组(n=105颗)为3M玻璃离子充填组,B组(n=102颗)为光固化复合树脂充填组,C组(n=103颗)为夹层技术修复组(3M玻璃离子+光固化复合树脂充填)。随访12个月,比较3组充填修复效果。 结果 C组修复成功率88.3%,高于A组77.1%和B组74.5%(P< 0.05),A、B两组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。 结论 玻璃离子+复合树脂的夹层技术修复楔状缺损,效果优于单独使用玻璃离子水门汀和光固化树脂。

     

    Abstract: Objective To compare the clinical effects of different materials and methods in restoration of wedge-shaped defect. Methods Eighty patients with 310 wedge-shaped defects treated in our department from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected. Dentin hypersensitivity was the only symptom without pulpitis in all cases. The patients underwent ultrasound scaling and sandblasting one week before repair and they were randomly divided into three groups: group A were restored by 3M glass-ionomer; group B were restored by light-cured composite resin; group C were restored by 3M glass-ionomer+light-cured composite resin. The patients were followed up for 12 months, and the restoration effects were compared and the causes of failure were analyzed. Results The success rate of repair in group C was 88.3%, which was significantly higher than 77.1% of group A and 74.5% of group B (P< 0.05, respectively), while there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05). Conclusion Sandwich technique with 3M glass-ionomer+light-cured composite resin is an effective therapy in preventing postoperative sensitivity, decreasing the rate of filling body fracture and maintaining the integrity of the filling body, which is better than the restoration methods with only lightcured composite resin or 3M glass-ionomer.
