PCSK9基因遗传规律与冠心病关系的研究进展

Research advances in relationship between PCSK9 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease

  • 摘要: 随着分子生物学理论及技术的发展,遗传因素与冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的关系成为近年来的研究热点。最新研究发现PCSK9基因与冠心病相关,不同的基因突变型可以对疾病的发生发展产生不同的影响。该理论从遗传学角度揭示冠心病发病率的差异性,预示着心血管疾病个体化治疗时代的到来,对疾病的临床诊治具有重要的意义。本文就PCSK9基因多态性与冠心病关系的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: With the development of molecular biology theory and technology, the relationship between genetic factors and coronary heart disease has become a research hotspot in recent years. The latest study finds that PCSK9 gene is related with coronary heart disease, with different mutations showing different effects on the development of the disease. This theory reveals the causes of racial variation in incidence of coronary heart disease from the perspective of genetics, which indicates the arrival of individualized treatment era of cardiovascular disease and is of great significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. In this paper, the relationship between PCSK9 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease has been reviewed.
