不同结构和材质的外来医疗器械灭菌时间研究

Sterilization time of loaner instrumentation by structure and materials

  • 摘要: 目的 通过温度压力监测仪对器械进行灭菌参数的监测,了解不同材质及结构的外来器械实际的灭菌时间是否达标。 方法 使用温度压力检测仪对脉动真空压力灭菌柜进行性能检测,对不锈钢材质的医疗器械1套、管腔型的金属材质的外来医疗器械1套、高分子材质的外来医疗器械1套、管腔型金属器械外面由硅胶材质包裹的外来医疗器械1套进行动态的灭菌参数监测,将6个探头放在器械最难灭菌的部位,1个探头放在器械包裹中间作为对照,同1套器械进行3次灭菌循环。 结果 灭菌柜的监测灭菌温度134℃,压力为2.1 kPa,灭菌时间均达到240 s。使用温度压力检测仪对外来器械进行检测,不锈钢材质器械7个探头全部在134℃维持240 s以上;管腔型外来医疗器械中1个探头出现灭菌时间不足的问题,3次监测的灭菌时间均< 240 s;高分子材料外来医疗器械中3个探头出现灭菌时间不足,3次监测灭菌时间均< 240 s;表面附着硅胶材质外来医疗器械的6个探头均出现灭菌时间不足的问题。 结论 建议不锈钢材质医疗器械的灭菌时间设定在240 s,管腔型金属外来器械灭菌时间设定在300 s以上,高分子材料及表面附着硅胶材质外来医疗器械的灭菌时间设定在420 s以上,以确保灭菌效果。

     

    Abstract: Objective To monitor the sterilization parameters by temperature and pressure probes, and investigate the sterilization time of loaner instrumentation with different structure and materials. Methods The performance test of pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer was carried out using temperature and pressure probes. The sterilization parameters for 1 set of stainless steel instruments, 1 set of metal instruments with lumens, 1 set of macromolecule material instruments, 1 set of instruments with silicone were sterilized and monitored by placing 6 probes in the product locations that were most difficult to sterilize and 1 probe in the middle of the pack as a control. All the sets were processed for 3 cycles. Results The sterilization temperature was set as 134℃, with pressure of 2.1 kPa and sterilization time of 240 seconds. For stainless steel instruments, the above combination of temperature, time, and pressure was achieved in all 7 probes, while insufficient sterilization time was found in 1 probe of lumen instrument group for 3 times, in 3 probes in the macromolecule material group for 3 times, and in 6 probes in silicone group. Conclusion According to the results of this study, sterilization time should be set as 240 seconds for stainless steel instrument, more than 300 seconds for lumen instruments, more than 420 seconds for macromolecule material instruments and instruments with silicone to ensure the sterilization effect.
