载脂蛋白B基因多态性与脑梗死的关系

Relationship between apolipoprotein B gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction

  • 摘要: 目的 研究唐山地区汉族人群载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,ApoB)基因7673C/T和11039G/A多态性分布与脑梗死的关系。 方法 应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法(PCR-RFLP)检测2016年6 - 12月本院90例脑梗死患者和同期82例正常对照者ApoB基因7673C/T和11039G/A多态性分布,并用全自动生化测定仪测定总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、ApoA、ApoB水平。 结果 7673C/T在脑梗死组出现突变基因型和等位基因的频率均高于对照组(P< 0.05);两组11039G/A基因型频率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),脑梗死组出现突变A等位基因的频率高于对照组(P< 0.05);Logistics回归显示7673C/T CT基因型是脑梗死的危险因素。 结论 ApoB基因7673C/T CT基因型是脑梗死的危险因素,而11039G/A多态性与脑梗死无关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between apolipoprotein B gene (7673C/T and 11039G/A) polymorphism and cerebral infarction (CI). Methods ApoB gene 7673C/T and 11039G/A polymorphisms in 90 CI patients and 82 normal controls were measured by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). TC, TG, HDL, LDL, ApoA and ApoB levels were determined by biochemistry determinator. Results Mutant genotype and allele frequencies of ApoB gene 7673C/T polymorphisms in CI group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.05, respectively), and the frequency of the mutation of A allele in the CI group was also significantly higher (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the frequency of mutation in ApoB gene 11039G/A between the two groups (P > 0.05). Logistics regression analysis revealed that 7673C/T CT genotype was a risk factor for cerebral infarction. Conclusion The 7673C/T polymorphism may be a risk factor for CI, while 11039G/A polymorphism may not be.
