微重力及模拟微重力对微生物遗传变异、致病性与抗性的影响

Effects of microgravity and simulated microgravity on genetic variation, pathogenicity and resistance of microorganisms

  • 摘要: 空间环境中的微重力能够影响微生物染色体及染色体外DNA的稳定性,影响基因组及重组蛋白的表达,使微生物致病性及抗性发生改变。本文就目前微重力和模拟微重力对微生物产生效应的分子机制及其对人体影响的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Microgravity in space environment can affect the stability of microbial chromosomes and other DNA, and the expression of genome and recombinant proteins. It will also lead to mutation, which may change their pathogenicity and resistance. This review summarizes the current research progress in molecular mechanisms of microgravity on microbes and their impacts on humans.
