微小RNA调控血管内皮细胞凋亡机制的研究进展

Research advances in miRNAs in regulating apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells

  • 摘要: 内皮细胞凋亡是血管内皮损伤的始动因素,是多种心血管疾病的病理基础,血管内皮细胞的凋亡调节机制是国内外研究的热点。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度为18 ~ 25个核苷酸的内源性非编码单链RNA,主要通过与特异性靶基因mRNA的3'端非编码区(3'-UTR)结合调控基因的表达,参与内皮细胞功能调节。本文综述了miRNA调控血管内皮细胞凋亡机制的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Endothelial cell apoptosis is the initiating factor of vascular endothelial injury and pathological basis of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Regulatory mechanism of vascular endothelial cell apoptosis has become an international and domestic research hotspot. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNAs with 18-25 nucleotides in length. They participate in the functional regulation of endothelial cells by regulating gene expression mainly through binding to specific mRNA 3' untranslated region (3'-UTR) of target genes. This review summarizes the research progress of miRNAs in the regulation of apoptosis in vascular endothelial cells.
