负压创面疗法治疗难愈性创面的机制研究进展

Research advances in mechanism of negative pressure wound therapy in refractory wound

  • 摘要: 负压创面疗法引入临床以来对难愈性创面的治疗产生了巨大影响。对其作用机制的进一步了解有助于指导临床应用或改进其设计。本文综述了近年来对负压创面疗法研究的最新进展,将其作用机制分为两方面进行综述:1)宏观层面的物理作用,包括牵拉作用、界面应力作用、流体清除和创面环境控制;2)微观层面的分子调节,包括诱导细胞因子生成、减轻炎性反应、增加神经肽含量和改变细菌负荷促进愈合作用。

     

    Abstract: Negative-pressure wound therapy (NPWT) has consistently shown significant clinical effectiveness in treatment of refractory wound. Researches into the mechanism of NPWT will be helpful to its clinical application and device design. This review focuses on the current research advances in mechanism of NPWT which can be divided into two parts: macrodeformation, including wound contraction, mechanical stress, fluid removal and environmental control of the wound; microdeformation, including modulation ofinflammation, neuropeptides, cytokines and bacterial levels.
