羊水代谢组学在早产母胎医学中的研究进展

Research advances in amniotic fluid metabolomics in maternal-fetal medicine of preterm labor

  • 摘要: 羊水作为一种主要的用于孕期诊断筛查的体液,其代谢运输受胎盘、渗透性肌肤、胎儿肺渗出液与胃液等共同调节,可以同时反映母亲与胎儿的健康状况。本文介绍了羊水代谢组学在早产母胎医学中的研究进展。羊水代谢组学有望发现新型生物标记物,有利于妊娠相关疾病的预测、发病机制阐释、防治,促进母婴良好预后。

     

    Abstract: Amniotic fluid, as a major biological fluid for diagnosis and screening during pregnancy, is regulated by placenta, permeable skin, fetal lung exudate and gastric juice, which can reflect the health status of both mother and fetus. In this paper, the amniotic fluid metabolomics in the premature birth of maternal-fetal medicine is introduced, which is expected to find new biomarkers, accelerate the prediction of pregnancy related diseases and interpretation of pathogenesis, and promote pregnancy related diseases prevention and good maternal-child prognosis.
