胎儿肢体短小发病原因及产前诊断技术研究进展

Research advances in pathogenesis and prenatal diagnosis of fetal short-limb skeletal dysplasia

  • 摘要: 肢体短小是胎儿骨骼系统发育异常的主要表现,也是常见的超声异常指标,发生原因包括母体因素、胎盘脐带因素、胎儿因素等。产前诊断技术的发展进步显著提高了胎儿肢体短小病因诊断率。本文对胎儿肢体短小的可能病因和产前诊断技术进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Fetal short-limb skeletal dysplasia is the main manifestation of skeletal abnormalities, and is a common indicator of ultrasound abnormalities. Possible causes of short limbs include maternal factors, placental umbilical cord factors and fetal factors. Prenatal diagnosis techniques have markedly improved the detection rate of fetal limb microsomia. This article reviews the possible etiology and prenatal diagnosis technologies of fetal short-limb skeletal dysplasia.
