磁性纳米材料在肿瘤靶向化疗中的研究进展

Research advances in magnetic nanoparticle-based drug delivery for chemotherapy

  • 摘要: 化疗药物常借助静脉给药方式作用于人体脏器,但这种途径同时也对人的肝、肾等器官造成了不可逆的损伤。近年来,磁性纳米材料的研究进展迅速。以磁性纳米材料为基础的靶向载药系统与传统的化疗方法相比具有靶向性明确、缓释性强、生物利用度高等优点。本文综述了磁性纳米材料在肿瘤化疗药物靶向递送方面的应用进展,并分析了其面临的挑战及发展前景。

     

    Abstract: Traditional chemotherapeutic drugs act on targeted organs through intravenous administration, causing irreversible damage to human liver and kidney while attacking tumor tissues. In recent years, researches on magnetic nanomaterials develop rapidly. After surface modification, magnetic nanomaterials have good biocompatibility, high drug loading capacity, and targeted aggregation under the effect of an external magnetic field, which have attracted the attention of researchers. Compared with traditional drugs, the magnetic nanoparticle-based drug delivery system has the features of specific targeting, slow-releasing, and high bioavailability. This article reviews the research progresses of magnetic nanomaterials in targeted delivery for chemotherapy.
