miRNAs用于肿瘤诊治研究的临床试验进展

Review in clinical trials related to miRNAs in diagnosis and treatment of cancer

  • 摘要: 非编码小RNA分子(non-coding microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类序列高度保守的内源性非编码RNA分子,通过下调靶基因的表达发挥促癌基因或抑癌基因的功能,可在转录、RNA加工和翻译水平调控基因的表达,进而影响多种肿瘤的发生和进展。目前,关于miRNAs在肿瘤领域的临床试验正在开展。miRNAs作为新型分子标志物,在肿瘤早期诊断、预后判断和靶向治疗等方面的临床应用有广阔的前景。

     

    Abstract: Non-coding microRNAs (miRNAs), a type of endogenous non-coding RNAs with highly conservative sequences, regulate multiple genes expression to influence the occurrence and development of various tumors in terms of transcription, RNAs fabrication and translation. To date, many clinical trials related to miRNAs in cancer research field have been launched. It has broad prospects for miRNAs applied as novel biomarkers into early diagnosis, prognosis prediction and targeted therapy of tumors.
