退行性下睑内翻的力学失衡机制和治疗策略综述

Mechanical imbalance and treatment strategy of lower eyelid involutional entropion

  • 摘要: 退行性下睑内翻是常见的老年性眼睑位置异常。睑内翻继发倒睫,引起眼刺激征和角膜损伤,有可能影响视力。发生睑内翻和睑外翻的本质是力学失衡。退行性下睑内翻的力学失衡机制主要是垂直松弛(下睑缩肌断裂)、水平松弛和眼轮匝肌骑跨,迄今其治疗方式超过100种。本文综述退行性下睑内翻的力学失衡机制和治疗策略,为临床实践提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Lower eyelid involutional entropion is a common eyelid malposition in the aging population. The secondary trichiasis results in ocular irritation and corneal injury, and therefore may affect vision. Eyelid mechanical imbalance is the essence in development of entropion and ectropion. Vertical laxity (from retractor disinsertion), horizontal laxiy and orbicularis override of lower eyelid as the three main factors are involved in mechanical imbalance of involutional entropion. So far more than 100 different surgical approaches have been proposed, and in this review, pathogenesis and treatment strategy for lower eyelid involutional entropion are summarized.
