人体微生态与食管鳞状细胞癌关系的研究进展

Research advances in relationship between human microbiota and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

  • 摘要: 食管癌是危害人类健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,组织学上以食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell cancer,ESCC)为主。近年来,越来越多的研究明确人体微生态与ESCC的关系,有利于为ESCC的早期诊断与治疗寻找新靶点。本文从ESCC的早期诊断与筛查、预后、可能的发病机制、辅助治疗等方面,综述人体微生态与ESCC关系的最新研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Esophageal cancer is one of the main malignant tumors that endangers human health, while esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) remains the predominant subtype of esophageal cancer in China. In recent years, more and more studies have clarified the relationship between human microbiota and ESCC, which is helpful to find new targets for early diagnosis and treatment of ESCC. Focusing on recent advances, this review discusses the relationship between human microbiota and ESCC in terms of early diagnosis and screening, prognosis, underlying pathogenesis, as well as adjuvant treatment.
